What can I pay for?
Airtime and data for MTN, Airtel, Glo and 9mobile, prepaid and postpaid electricity, DStv, GOtv, StarTimes and Showmax, internet subscriptions and betting wallet top-ups. The Bills tab shows every provider available today.
How do I add money?
Tap Fund and pay by card, bank transfer or USSD on our payment partner's secure checkout. There is no Egoyibo fee for adding money. Each top-up can be from ₦100 to ₦500,000.
Can I withdraw money I added?
Money you add by card, bank transfer or USSD is for paying bills and can't be withdrawn to a bank account.
Are there any fees?
You pay the price shown on the confirmation screen before you confirm a bill. Adding money is free. All fees.
What if a payment fails?
If the provider tells us a payment failed, the money goes straight back to your balance. If the provider hasn't confirmed either way, the payment shows as pending while we check, and if it still isn't confirmed as delivered after 72 hours, we refund it.
I entered the wrong number. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately not if the bill was delivered. For electricity and TV we show you the customer name before you pay, so please check it, and double-check phone numbers.
Where do I find my electricity token?
On your receipt in the app, and in an email we send you. Keep it until the token is loaded on your meter.
Is my account safe?
Every payment needs your PIN or fingerprint/face, new devices need a code from your email, and the app signs you out when you're inactive. How we keep you safe.
How do I contact support?
Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the reference on your receipt. We will never ask for your PIN or password.
